Chef/Culinary Instructor Riki Senn currently educates at Caesar Rodney High School, where she has mentored their ProStart team to 4 statewide Student Invitational wins, and led the team to a 1st Place victory at the National Student Invitational in 2022 and 2nd Place in 2023. She was awarded the DE ProStart “Educator of the Year” Award by the Delaware Restaurant Foundation in 2022, and has been recognized on the floor of Legislative Hall multiple years for her service and dedication to ProStart students and mentoring the next generation of Delaware’s industry leaders.
